The teaching
The first sin wasn't eating the fruit. It was grabbing.
In Bereishit, Adam and Chava had one task: receive. Eden means pleasure, ease — everything given. Then the serpent whispered: you can control this. And they reached out and seized.
In Tai Chi we call the opposite "sung" — stop gripping, let gravity work through you. Not collapse. Trust.
We've been clenched ever since. Jaw tight. Shoulders braced. Hands holding what was never ours to hold.
Right now — soften your jaw. Let your shoulders fall. Breathe without improving anything.
That's Eden. That's home.
