The teaching
Your body is testifying right now.
In Ha'azinu, Moshe calls heaven and earth as eternal witnesses. But in standing meditation, heaven and earth aren't distant — they're in you. Crown lifting toward sky. Feet rooting into ground. The body between them records everything. Every clenched jaw. Every collapsed chest. Every locked knee.
Moshe knew: words lie, but the body always testifies. Ha'azinu means "give ear." Not to the speech — to the witness.
Stand still. Feel where you're gripping. Feel where you've collapsed. That tension, that hollowness — that's your testimony.
Now listen.
